Your home from home, this comfortable 4 bedroom, 3 bath villa with private pool located in the gated High Grove resort community is perfect for your vacation. 

Recently updated, the open family room has wood effect floor tile and comfortable seating to relax on while watching a movie or your favorite show on the wall mounted flat screen tv. The kitchen is large and well equipped, with a dining table and seating for 6 people. There are an additional 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedrooms both have king size beds, flat screen tv's and each has an en-suite bathroom, one with pool access. Both twin bedrooms have flat screen tv's and share a bathroom.

In the games room enjoy a game of pool, foosball or if you love playing games sit back on the gaming chairs and play XBox. While you wait your turn to play there is a pub table and 2 chairs to sit on. Hours of endless fun for the whole family!

Enjoy hours of fun in your own private pool. Whether you choose to laze by the pool, relax in the spa or take shade under the covered lanai with a cool drink, the choice is yours. 

Visit High Grove Clubhouse during your stay, they have a lot of guest amenities for your enjoyment. As well as the community pool and spa there is a fitness center, cyber cafe with printing facilities, pool table, Free wireless hot spot and arcade room. Just across from the clubhouse is a children's playground with mini golf.

Location

High Grove Resort is a Mediterranean style gated community located in Clermont.  Close to the intersection of Highway 27 and Highway 192 this community is ideally situated with local stores and restaurants close by.

The resort has a lot of amenities for guests to enjoy during their stay. Enjoy sunny days by the large community pool and spa. Inside the clubhouse there is a fitness center, cyber cafe with printing facilities, pool table, free wireless hot spot and arcade room. For the younger guests opposite the clubhouse there is a children's playground and for all the family a mini golf course.

Magic Kingdom is approximately a 25 minute drive, Universal Orlando Resort - 30 minutes, Sea World - 25 minutes.

This home is warm, cozy, and made our trip very enjoyable! It's the perfect distance from Disney without being in the middle of the mayhem. We did have a couple minor hiccups that were easily fixed and Fairways is very responsive. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I'd recommend this home to anyone with kids who wants to go to Disney, but stay outside the city!

This villa is in a great location, it's not far from Disney and Universal Studios, Walmart, Publix and plenty of fast food and restaurants close by. We had plenty of room and we had a family of seven. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. Fairways Florida Villas was very responsive. We unexpectedly got stuck in Florida for three extra days due to flight cancelations and when I called to inquire about extending our stay they were able to accommodate us. Our family enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

Cute place away from the hustle and bustle, but yet not at all far from anything. Nice amenities and pool. Great living and kitchen area where the whole family can gather. Very easy access into the community and to the house itself. Would definitely recommend.

This home really exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent and the home was immaculate. If you are thinking about booking - DO IT, you won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait for our next family trip back to Florida so we can book this home again. We didn’t want to leave, the home was so cozy.
