Beautifully presented 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa in the upscale Reunion Resort.
A lot of attention has been given to the furnishings in this house and from the moment you step into it you'll feel at home. The family room has comfortable seating, a wall mounted flat screen tv and built in shelving. In the corner of the room there is a built in desk for guests who may need to work or for children to read or color. French doors give the room an airy feel and look out onto the pool area.
Off the family room there is a cloakroom, fully equipped kitchen and utility area with washer and dryer.
The dining room in this home is stunning! There is seating for 6 people, perfect for a pre-park breakfast or a family meal. There is also a tv with games consule.
The bedrooms are all upstairs in this home. At the top of the stairs there is a door which leads to the balcony, complete with fan and views over the golf course. The 1st Master bedroom has a king size bed, wall mounted flat screen tv and window dressings. The adjoining bathroom has a garden tub, seperate shower, toilet and vanity unit.
In the hallway there is another desk area with chair for guests use, it may be a little quieter here away from the family room!
The twin bedroom also has it's own tv and bathroom with vanity unit, toilet and shower.
The 2nd master bedroom has a queen size bed, window dressings, wall mounted flat screen tv and bathroom with vanity unit, toilet and shower.
The home is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in each bedroom.
At the rear of the house is the pool with safety fence. Why not hire a bbq and enjoy dinner by the pool while watching the kids playing.
There is a parking for 2 vehicles to the rear of the home.

House was perfect! Kids loved the pool and the bikes - kids had fun on the days we didn't go to the parks. That was nice as it let us have one busy day and then a relaxing day. We walked to the nearby plaza for lunch and then jumped in the pool. Neighborhood is safe. It added a relaxing vibe to our trip. House had rooms for everyone - 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room, laundry, family room, pool table and bikes in the storage room outside - was a home away from home. I recommend the house! Thank you to the agent who was easy to work with when I needed to change our exit date. I was nervous to call but he was very easy to work with and that was a great end to our trip!

Great relaxing place for a family stay near all the theme parks. My family had a nice time here and will definitely be back. We especially enjoyed the private pool. The house has spacious rooms and was very comfortable, clean, and well-furnished with everything we needed. We also enjoyed long walks around the neighborhood and the lake.

Our party of five (2 adults, 3 teenagers) wanted a place centrally located to Orlando attractions and schools. We were there mainly to tour a few colleges, but fit in a beach day and a Disney day. This beautiful home located within the Reunion resort was perfect. We were able to spread out, each having our own bedroom and bath. I priced out many resort hotels that were in the area and they were around the same price. Why choose to be crammed in a hotel room when you can have a house with its own pool? It was a no brainer to me.
