With space for up to 11 guests, this property blends modern design with playful themed rooms, creating the perfect balance of relaxation and fun for your Orlando getaway.
On the main floor, you’ll find an open-concept living space with a fully equipped kitchen, sleek breakfast bar for four, and a dining area that seats six. The first-floor king suite offers privacy and comfort with its own full bathroom. Upstairs, enjoy a Paris-inspired queen suite and an additional queen suite—both with private bathrooms—plus a Toy Story room with a full and twin bed and a Mickey inspired twin room, sharing a full bathroom.
Step outside to your screened-in private pool, complete with sun loungers for soaking up the Florida sunshine. Whether you’re cooling off with an afternoon swim or relaxing with friends and family after a day at the parks, Sunset Haven offers the perfect retreat to make your vacation unforgettable.

• POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.

We do not offer a BBQ grill for guests. If you wish for the contact of a rental company, please reach out.
