Welcome to The Retreat Villa at Serenity Resort—a stylish and spacious 3-bedroom, 3-
bathroom townhouse designed for comfort and relaxation. With over 2,100 sq. ft. of modern
living space, this two-story home features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops,
stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar, plus a dining area that seats six. The open
layout flows into a cozy living room with a TV and sliding doors that lead to your private
screened-in pool with shaded patio seating.
This home sleeps up to six guests, with a king master suite upstairs that includes a private
balcony and en-suite bath, a twin bedroom, and a queen bedroom on the first floor. All
bedrooms have their own TVs and plenty of storage.The home also includes free Wi-Fi, a
washer and dryer, plus convenient extras like hair dryers and ironing essentials. Set in the
peaceful, nature-filled Serenity Resort, The Retreat Villa offers access to resort-style amenities
such as a pool, hot tub, fitness center, and game room.

● POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 3-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub— Some of spa may not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.
● GRILL:
Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas BBQ grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

The sunshine state has a year round sub-tropical climate, offering sunshine throughout the year. Visitors are able to enjoy the attractions of the central Florida area 365 days a year, or simply soak up the sun, relaxing by the pool.
DISNEY WORLD - Home to Mickey Mouse, Walt Disney World is just 10 minutes away and is one of the main reasons people come to Florida every year. Walt Disney World has 4 theme parks, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom, and 2 water parks, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach.
Walt Disney World also offers excellent shopping and dining experiences at "Downtown Disney".
UNIVERSAL STUDIOS - where you really can ride the movies. Set around a lagoon which is the focus for a night-time stunt spectacular. There are numerous attractions, shows, famous movie characters and street performers to entertain you.
ISLANDS OF ADVENTURE - This park has separate themed areas "Seuss landing", "Jurassic Park", "Toon Lagoon" and "Marvel Super Hero Island", and is now home to "Hogwarts" and Harry Potter". With some great rides for you to check it out. make sure you get there early!
SEA WORLD - Florida’s premier marine adventure park! There’s 200 acres of fun, sun and sheer adventure.
AQUATICA - Sea World's Water Park - New for 2008, this promises to be a water park with a difference, where you can play alongside dolphins and other marine animals.
DISCOVERY COVE - Discovery Cove is a pre-bookable experience. Become a trainer for a day or swim with the Dolphins, Rays and other tropical fish.
