Our bright and spacious luxury kitchen has all the modern appliances that you might require along with a side by side fridge and freezer with a built in water and ice dispenser. Next to the kitchen is a breakfast nook and there is also a formal dining area with seating for 10. The private pool and spa area is the best place to make the most of the florida sunshine!

About West Haven
West Haven is a master-planned community located on Loughman Road, just north of Davenport in Orlando Central Florida.
The community is made of several neighborhoods of single family vacation homes. These neighborhoods are:
Sanctuary, The Shire, The Hamlet, The Green, The Abbey, The Manor; all of which are now built out. The Dales is now launching and the final neighborhood, The Glen is one for the future.
The road names at West Haven are reminiscent of Great Britain with titles such as Buckingham Drive, Dorset Drive, Devon Drive, Dunson Road, Mayfair Boulevard, Norfolk Drive and Essex Place, just to name a few. Although it seems that West Haven is very anglicized, owners are from around the world, not just from Blighty and the community tends to be very cosmopolitan.
West Haven has been and remains very well managed. As you enter West Haven, you drive down beautifully manicured driveways, maintained throughout the year with new shrubs for each season.
West Haven is a community of select vacation homes set in spacious lots with executive-style floor plans and amenities with each enclave or neighborhood being individually gated. The community benefits from its own clubhouse that is available to guests and includes a resort size pool, gym, tennis & volley ball courts.
